Before messaging us your reservation form, please read our House Rules and Policies, Frequently Asked Questions, Accommodations, Food Packages, Activities, How to get here and Cancellation Policy.

Lastly, we enforce a first 'Reservation form sent', first served basis. No 'Reservation FORM', No reservation.



II. Invoice and Down payment

After messaging us, an invoice will be sent to you with the bank details. We require an advance bank(BPI) cash deposit and you have 48 hours to deposit. We do not accept any check deposit. The deposit amount is fifty percent (50%) of the total accommodation and food package rate(if applicable). For validation purposes, please send us a picture of the deposit slip. A confirmation message will be sent to you. Failure to deposit the said amount after 48 hours, your reservation will be canceled.
Please note that we process your reservation after paying the down payment.

III. Check-in

Please do not forget to bring any valid & deposit slip/screenshot of online transfer as we require it upon checking in.



You can reschedule one(1) time only and should be done a week before your scheduled travel date.


For the accommodations, changes with your reservation should be made a week before your travel date. 

Changes/cancellation of reserved cottage and or tent made after the said deadline will not be permitted, regardless of the given reason, and will be charge one hundred percent (100%) of the canceled accommodation.

For the food package, changes with your reservation should be made a week before your travel date. Changes/cancellation of pax made after the said deadline will not be permitted, regardless of the given reason, and will be charge one hundred percent (100%) of the cancelled food package. Also, the menu and final pax should be with us five (5) days before your travel date.


The deposit/downpayment is non-refundable but can be transferred to any of your friends/relatives upon your approval.


If there are any typhoon, canceled boat trips by the coastguard and etc, the down payment is non-refundable. Your down payment is valid for 2 years. You can reschedule or transfer it to someone.

Also, if you do not arrive as scheduled, the deposit/downpayment will be forfeited.


Lastly, all visitors, by the prudence of their reservation, recognizes all the guidelines, regulations and rules of the resort and consent to abide by them. Failure to comply with any policies, rules and guideline may result in a minimum fine, will be asked to leave the premises without refund and future reservations being canceled.
