The pay parking areas are under the Mauban Tourism. The charge is 300 per vehicle/van per overnight and 100 per motor/per night.

a. Cubao Terminal (24 hours operation Fri-Sun): 2am to 10pm
Midnight Trips: 11pm and 12mn

 II. Lucena Grand Terminal > Mauban
Ride a mini bus or Mauban to Mauban
*Please note: You can walk or ride a tricycle from Mauban’s Terminal to Mauban’s Pantalan.


Mauban to Nilandingan Cove



Please be advised that the tourism is charging 170 pesos per person as an Environmental/Terminal fee and Smart/QR Bracelet for everyone who will be going to Cagbalete. Also, there are times that you’ll need to walk from afar. During low tide, the boats cannot land near our shores so wear clothes/shoes you can afford to get wet. Lastly, waterproof everything before boarding the boat.

Option #1: Private Boat (Anytime from 7am to 4pm)

 For the private boat ride, here are the posted rates at the tourism booth:

1-2 Passenger(s) = 2,000 back&forth
3-4 Passengers = 2,500 back&forth
5-6 Passengers = 3,000 back&forth
7-8 Passengers = 3,500 back&forth
9-10 Passengers = 4,000 back&forth
11-12 Passengers = 4,500 back&forth
13-14 Passengers = 5,000 back&forth
15-17 Passengers = 5,500 back&forth
18-20 Passengers = 6,000 back&forth

* Please note that we do not have any say with the rates posted above as this is being implemented and regulated by the Mauban Tourism.
* Please note that we do not own any private boat thus, Nilandingan Cove will not be liable nor held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the boat you rented
* Please note that the boats also have other passengers so kindly coordinate with the boatman what time you need to leave before boarding as others might schedule the same time as your departure.
